Mazui's Dev Log #4: What's next
I am very proud and happy with how much our team has accomplished so far after play test the capstone version.
The game so far indeed delivers the starting point that we designed: using silly action to do surprising things.
Here are a lot that can be elaborated, too.
1. The final level is a level that should sum up all actions introduced to the players. The plan was to add sneezing to the paper file similarly to level 1 and create puzzles.
2. Creating variations to player sprites based on the items the player picks.
This one was actually planned in the structure, but it was moved to "nice to have" to save art assets.
3. Adding sound effects to the game.
4. Bring variation to the ending resume profile picture based on the item the player carries.
5. Creating more levels - which all games plan to do so.
I believe the idea has more potential to add. Especially after introducing more actions, the ways to solve puzzles would be more interesting by bringing more silly logic to how things work.
